What is Fidestrip?
Fidestrip is business software from Kalirox AS for managing a hotel, room availability and group reservations. Teams can organise their hotel, room types, customers, groups and reservations in one workspace, with interfaces in English, Turkish and Arabic.
Can Fidestrip manage Hajj and Umrah group accommodation?
Fidestrip connects group and guide details with hotel reservations, guest counts and stay dates. Hajj and Umrah teams can check room availability for the entire stay and assign physical rooms. Arabic includes a right-to-left interface.
How does Fidestrip check room availability?
Fidestrip checks room capacity across every night of a stay, including existing commitments and maintenance blocks. When the same room is required throughout the stay, that physical room must be available for every night. A draft reservation does not hold capacity.
